Princess

I’m Princess, a presumed pit maybe boxer mix and am 7-8 month old girl who weighs 45lbs. It’s hard to believe I’m just a pup since I already have such wonderful manners and socialization under my belt. I’m a total lovebug and am happiest when with my person. I’m already doing great with potty training, and I have lived with young children, too. I’d be a great fit for most families!

Meet Barry
Oh boy, how do we begin to describe Barry? Let’s start by letting you know that this 4 year old boy who weighs 8lbs is a total staff favorite. This sweetiepie puts a smile on our faces when he greets us with his consistently wagging tail, gentle kisses, and stays so quite like a proper gentleman in his kennel. Barry is an easygoing guy who loves everyone he meets–he’s not very selective in how he makes his friends. Don’t miss out on this fun little guy!

Meet Coheed A Great American Shelter some kind of Hound mix.
Hi, I’m Coheed! I’m a 9 month old boy who weighs 62lbs and is looking for a new home. I’m friendly, outgoing, and social. I’m friendly with other dogs and children, and have lived with cats. I still tend to chase cats when given the chance, but I lived peacefully with them in my home. I’m a goofy boy who is houndy through and through–just listen to my bay! When I was a young puppy, I fractured my leg. It has healed nicely, but it sticks out to the side a bit. It doesn’t slow me down though! I will be ready for adoption after my neuter 4/3.

Howdy, I’m Cruise! I’m a 3 yr old, 73lbs lady who would love to find that perfect match! I’m becoming well known at the shelter for my lovable personality. I love everyone! Although I’m learning it’s not nice to jump on people, I love to give hugs–in my defense they are very gentle!! I am a goofy girl who enjoys playing with my pal, Stimpy. I am friendly with children and other dogs, but have no experience with cats.

Good with children? Good with dogs? Good with cats? Housebroken? Sweet and adorable? Could it be true? It can! It’s Gizmo!! Gizmo is a 1 year old girl who weighs 53lbs. This bundle of joy is a catch and a half–don’t miss out!

Marley

Meet Marley an approximately 10 year old doxy weighing in at 15 pounds. This gal is very social, likes her car rides- but will see along with you too in your travels. She does have a bit of age tarter on her teeth- but otherwise healthy  and happy. Designated a senior- her placement fee is $50.

Grim

Meet Grim an approximately 4 year old 60 pound pit mix Great American Shelter Dog. With a little help from his new family- Grim is expected to be a wonderful companion; but leashes and car rides are new to him. He looks much better now since he came under out care with hair loss. – but his hair is growing back and will continue with a good healthy diet and monthly flea prevention. He is very sweet and looking forward to new adventures.

Maggie

Meet Maggie identified as a Great American Shelter Dog, a big lovey Mutt. She could have American Bull Dog with Lab or …. What she is- is a sweetheart.
Miss Maggie is looking for a new home! Maggie is about 10 years old and weighs 82lbs. You won’t find a sweeter dog–Maggie greets people (her friends or strangers) with a wagging tail and a gentle leg lean. Maggie has lived with other dogs and is very social with them. She walks gently on a leash and has nice manners in the home. Her placement fee is $50.

Sparky

Meet Sparky a presumed Poodle Jack Russell mix weighing 12 pounds. Currently in a foster home, his medical records indicate he is 5 years old. But- we think he is more like 8. At first- he seems aloof, however, at his foster home we find he is very socialble, likes to play with his foster dog playmates. He is a quiet fella with good potty manners and just goes with the flow. His fee is $50.

Salsa

Meet Salsa a presumed Heeler boxer mix.
Salsa is a 1 yr old female who weighs 70lbs. This bubbly girl is happy to make new friends and will take a belly rub from whoever she can get. Salsa has lived with another dog (her pal Polka who has now been adopted) and is learning to play politely with others. She is excitable with other dogs, but if they match her energy, there is lots of fun to be had!
