Hi! I’m Tanner, a 2 year old male who weighs 70lbs. Shelter staff says it looks like my legs are half as tall as they should be, but I think they’re just right!
They identify me as a pit- but maybe I have some beagle and basset hound in me. I’m a mellow, easygoing fella with wonderful manners. I’m friendly and happy to meet new people, but don’t jump all over them or overwhelm them like some other pups do. I greet with a gentle tail wag and maybe a leg lean, to see if you can find that perfect scritchy spot to get my leg kicking 🙂 I’ve lived with several dogs and am very comfortable around other dogs (females preferred). I have nice manners in the home and am housebroken. I can be a bit reserved at first, but do great with encouragement from my human friends.
