Meet Cora, a presumed husky mix.
Hi, I’m Cora, a 1 yr old girl who is 54lbs. I’m looking for that right someone who can give me a stable forever home. You see, in just my first year of life, this shelter is already my 8th home–most through no fault of my own! I would thrive in a quiet home with experienced folks who can help continue to show me the world! I am very sweet and gentle once I get to know you, but I can be standoffish at first. I’m a protector and would be a loyal companion. I’m seeking a home without small children or small animals. Large dogs will require a meet and greet, as I can be picky. Ask staff to meet me and you’ll see why I have stolen their hearts!
Available at the Josephine County Animal Shelter 1420 Brookside Blvd. Grants Pass, across from the Grants Pass Airport. You are encouraged to call the shelter at 541 474-5458. When calling please press option 0. Hours open to the public 10 am – 4 pm every day except Sunday and posted holidays. Up to date on shots, spayed or neutered and micro chipped. You are encouraged to make every effort to visit the shelter for a meet and greet. Staff available to assist. You can walk on the trails and interact in the play yards. So please, if you have a dog, please arrange to bring for a meet and greet. Current vaccinations, spayed or neutered and micro chipped.
