Hi! I’m Lotto, a ~1yr old boy who weighs 70lbs. I am looking for that special someone who can give a special boy like me a home. I am a social butterfly, loving every person I meet. My go to move is to introduce myself with a leg lean, then I will try to wiggle my way into your lap. I am visually impaired, with partial loss of vision in both of my eyes. I can still get around okay, but sometimes I take my time or bunker down, instead of running full force. Currently in a loving foster home – Lotto has been playing with his foster brother very nicely; he has excellent house and potty manners. His foster mom reports that he seems like a different dog now that he is away from the shelter environment. If you have another dogs- a meet and greet is encouraged. Please arrange with the shelter if you would like to meet Lotto so arrangements can be made with his foster mom.
